Visitors from San Diego

My son and DIL are here visiting us this week. We had a nice dinner last Friday with friends and family that was most enjoyable and the weather was so nice ,sunny and warm. It was if they brought the San Diego weather with them. 

My son is re-building a guitar while he is here for one of his band mates. 

He put the first coat of paint on last night.

It looks quite a bit different from when he first brought

It out of his checked baggage. The base and fretboard were

Wrapped in his clothes tucked into his bag. 

I am adding borders to my split nine patch quilt....
