Kneadlessly Simple Sunday

Last week at work one of my fellow workers was talking about a simple bread recipe that her kids were raving about and I remembered making this kind of bread a few years ago. It takes a little forethought because it sits over night but oh my is it worth it. I started it yesterday and finished it this afternoon. Just the thing to pair with a big pot of faux Olive Garden Pasta Fagioli soup, on a rainy Sunday.
